1. Who is responsible for your data
Agentto is a project run by Marcos Gonçalves, as an individual (no company has been set up yet). He is the data controller for the data collected on this site.

2. What data we collect
- Newsletter: your email and, if you give it, your name. We also store your language (PT or EN) and the page where you signed up.
- Contact requests (kits, Sprint, mentoring): your email, your name if you give it and any message you write. Your answers to the recommender stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and request details (browser, page, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The "Where do I start?" recommender runs in your browser. Your answers only reach us if you leave your email at the end.
3. What we use it for, and on what legal basis
- Sending the newsletter: based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use double opt-in: after signing up you get an email, and you only join the list once you click the link. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Replying to contact and information requests about kits or mentoring: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). These contacts are kept in a separate list and don’t receive the newsletter unless you sign up for it.
- Keeping the site secure and working: legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We don’t sell your data, we don’t build advertising profiles and we don’t make automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and security (including IP logs). Data may be processed outside the EU, including in the US, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- OVHcloud (France): the hello@agentto.eu mailbox, where your emails and contact-request notifications arrive.
- Brevo (France, EU servers): stores newsletter and contact-request contacts and sends the emails. We’re on the free plan, so emails carry a Brevo-branded footer.
5. How long we keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that your email stays only on Brevo’s suppression list, so you don’t get emailed again by mistake.
- Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted after 30 days.
- Contact requests: 2 years after the last contact, unless they turn into a business relationship, in which case the legal invoicing retention periods apply.
- Cloudflare technical logs: for the period set by Cloudflare.
6. Cookies
We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. The site’s fonts are hosted on the site itself, so your browser doesn’t contact Google to load them. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots.
7. Your rights
At any time you can:
- ask to see the data we hold about you;
- correct it or ask us to delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- ask for a copy in a format you can take to another service (portability);
- withdraw your newsletter consent, without affecting anything done before.
Just write to hello@agentto.eu. We reply within one month at most.
If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt, or to the authority in your own EU country.
8. Age
The site, newsletter and forms are intended for people aged 16 or over.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we let subscribers know by email.
